Inkeeping with the theme of this year’s World Environment Day “Time for nature- safeguarding biodiversity”, thought to share this picture of Tiny Praying Mantis (Mantis religiosa) on our basil crop. One will always find wonders like this if they are aware enough about their surroundings. Lucky enough that my work at @woollyfarms gives me ample opportunities to witness these wonders. 😇 Some gyan about these insects- these are the good and the bad creatures depending on how one looks at it. They pray upon the bad pests but also take out the good insects from the garden.
